Corunna is in St Clair County which means lower taxes than living in Sarnia. The lower cost of living versus Sarnia is why many families choose to buy Corunna real estate.

Many resale homes can be found in the $160,000s for a 3 bedroom 2 bath split level plan. If you are looking for a home with a pool Corunna has a lot of pools because of all the family homes. The commute to Sarnia is only 10 – 15mins or if you work in one of the plants it could be closer than Sarnia depending on where your work.
