This summer has remained very strong for home sellers which caught me by surprise. Due to the spring market setting records I believed the summer market would slow down and not set new highs. Boy was I wrong. This strength seems to be continuing into August then we will have a couple week breather for back to school time before we get into our next strongest season in the Fall.
