Sarnia Lakefront property has some of the best beaches in Ontario. When you own on the lake you have your own private beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets across Lake Huron. Sarnia Lakefront homes range from $800,000 to over a million dollars but when you compare to other areas closer to Toronto Sarnia’s lakefront is very inexpensive. Typical newer homes are over 3,000 SF with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you want to share your beach with your neighbours you can get deeded beach rights. This allows you access to your own beach but the homes are set back from the lake. These homes are not technically lakefront and have a smaller price tag in the low $300,000s.
